I used service for Move-in cleaning for the kitchen. Dayane who came that day did a great job! The stove looks great with all stains completely removed, it had so much grease and stains earlier. The grease residue on the cabinets above the stove were removed completely. The Fridge smells neutral and I feel comfortable using it. Wasn’t happy with the way previous occupants left it! The inside of cleaned up cabinets look so nice like new. I feel safe to put stuff in them now.
Jackie and Anne were great from managing the logistics behind the scenes!
I like them so much I’m using them again for Pantry and bathrooms deep cleaning!

We had a great experience with Arbor Trail! The owner, PJ, was super accommodating, responsive and easy to get scheduled quickly! Plus they offered different options for pricing packages. But best of all was Meriah who came to clean! She left my parents’ apartment sparkling! My Dad said she was like a ball of energy that didn’t stop moving the entire time she was there. Plus they sent me photos! Will definitely use them again. Thank you!!

We hired this company to clean our apartment before moving out. Excellent experience, definitely would recommend! They were super accommodating and flexible with rescheduling our appointment when an unexpected emergency came up. Alisha and Bobby did a phenomenal job and were very considerate of setting aside personal items for us to pick up once they finished cleaning. Looks cleaner than when we moved in!

I am very glad and lucky to find Arbor Trail Cleaning co.. Jackie picked up the phone at 8am in the morning, after a short talk, I decided to let Arbor Trail Cleaning co. to do the deep clean for my condo after a week shopping around.

Thanks Jenna, she did very good job, a real deep clean, the kitchen , all the stainless appliances are shinning like new, kitchen floor, laundry room floor are also shinning, and all bathroom, everywhere in the condo are super clean now.

It is amazing that the owner replied me when I asked for the clean status after work.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this cleaning company for a long time, using their biweekly cleaning services. Unfortunately, today they lost my business. Their cleaner arrived in the morning shortly after I have woken up and I told her that I was sick and feeling unwell I offered her gloves and mask but the cleaner chose to leave, claiming they felt unsafe. Despite this being their decision, the company charged me $50 and refused to issue a refund.

I didn’t have control over waking up sick, nor did I have a chance to notify them in advance since I only woke up shortly before their arrival. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive when I tried to explain, punishing me for something beyond my control. While I understand the importance of safety, this situation could have been handled with more empathy and professionalism.
The owner Insisted that it was my fault for not notifying them that I was sick while I had no control over the situation and again I was not the person that canceled the appointment. I still do not understand why 50$ was stolen from me!

They’ve now lost a loyal customer simply because of greed. I cannot recommend a company that treats long-term clients this way and refuses to take accountability for their own decisions.

Brittany did an awesome job cleaning our living room and dining room. We had recently had our house painted and recognized that there was some very dirty spots. Brittany cleaned from top to bottom leaving the area spotless. Great job Brittany.
