Great service. Very helpful with color coordination. Ordered the items that were not in the store with a guarantee the if it was not what I wanted they would take it back and work with me to get a suitable replacement. First class quality goods at fair prices. Staff were very friendly and made the whole experience most enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star experience.

We shopped here for a bathroom remodeling project and bought 4 major items from American Bath: 48” Juno vanity with sink, 60” alcove bathtub, TOTO dual-flush toilet and Fleurco glass bathtub sliding doors. We chose AB because we wanted quality products, professional assistance, and reasonable prices. They were recommended by others. When I first met Imad, he exceeded all those expectations, but he and the entire staff were also very friendly & courteous. You don’t get these attributes at your local HD store! I was impressed with their on-hand availability of stock, quick home delivery and their competitive pricing. Their delivery people were on time & helpful. We got into a jam when a Moen vanity faucet set I purchased elsewhere came with a wrong type of “overflow” drain. AB had the right Moen drain we needed in the store and half the cost of other local plumbing supply stores. It saved us time searching around. The final project result was stunning & gorgeous with our family very pleased. I would use them again for sure and fortunate to have AB here in Palmetto Bay. Thanks so much.

Everything arrived on time and was packed very well. Our sales associate Ron provided us with outstanding personalized customer service. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, professional and very friendly. He made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. After our purchase he even followed up with a phone call .
