This place is the reason my entire master he looks absolutely gorgeous!! The owners are wonderful about helping you with piecing everything together, but the real reason this place shines is because of their front line girl Sarena!! What an exemplary young lady. She responds to you at any hour of the day with supreme customer service!!! She is excellent at everything thing she guides you on. Repeatedly she went out her way for every need we hide. Whatever you do Alpha Star do not lose this young lady. Pay her a premium that ensures she’ll never leave ! I have a company of my own and the very next I have I’d only think of her!

Buyer beware - this company sells damaged and repaired vanities without disclosing or showing the repair. I purchased a Vinnova 84" vanity with top that had damage to a lower door panel and was repaired enough that I did not notice it. Luckily, I had a photo from on their show floor that, when zoomed in, showed the bad repair work. We received the vanity well wrapped up and did not notice the poor quality until I unwrapped to install several weeks later.

Had several emails and calls to them to support their product. Sabrina typically took my calls but as much as I tried, the owner was always "out" or "unavailable" to discuss. Over a period of 3-4 weeks I found they didn't care to provide support for what they sell. My last effort was asking them to just do a better repair or provide someone I could call for repair. No Response.

They sell damaged product and have poor customer service support and I do not recommend this company for bathroom vanities.

Ayman took great care of us helping picking out all of our bathroom remodel needs. Awesome prices, great quality, friendly staff. Ayman and his team were so helpful and patient with us looking at all the options they carry. Huge selection of tubs, faucets, shower doors, lighting, vanities, and so much more. We will be going back for all our remodel needs. Highly recommend this place!!!

I purchased a Jet Tub and a Smart Toilet for my newly built home. The tub had a small leak after it was installed. Imman took care of me and replaced the Tub within a day after calling him. Great customer service!!!
