Three months ago we went shopping for a new bed. We got good service at the other bedroom place, but we got GREAT service at the Whitby MasterBedroom. The first time we went in, we got some great information from the salesman. He explained that we could buy a more expensive mattress that would last 10-12 years, or the less expensive mattress might be good for us but would only last 5-6 years. It all depended on what felt better for us. The second time we went back, we took our own pillow and wore comfortable clothing so that we could really test out the mattresses. We have now woken up without a backache for 2 1/2 months. We know where we will go back to when it's time to buy a new mattress.

The majority of the furniture is Canadian made and their prices are competitive with the big boys. They do allow you to browse with no added pressure. Loads of parking.

Terrible terrible terrible experience! The guy doesn't care about potential customers. Went there to look for a bed, saw something I liked and asked the guy if they had it in stock, he went ahead and checked and said they do have it. Came back about 2 hours after with the car so I can load it in and all of a sudden, he said he doesn't have it. A total waste of time! I regret not checking the reviews before going.

Great sales service and awesome boxing day sales!

I must update my review, even though we were happy with the sale and service I have to say the quality is terrible. We are very disappointed with the bed frame, it squeaks and comes apart on a daily basis. The back of the bed now sits on an angle away from the wall. It's been a back and forth with the service team and no solutions.

ON CAMERA!! Ron lying to his boss on the phone about providing me with the proper Warranty to cover his own back !! Because of not providing me with the proper Warranty I’m unable to exchange if I’m not comfortable with the mattress, I have Spinal bifida so already I’m unsure of what I’d like to sleep on, I took extra Precaution because of Covid with knowing that i may not be 100% on this mattress, I left the plastic bag that’s provided on the mattress. I’m not comfortable with my purchase. The deal was made at10/21/20 @ 6:50pm, I woke up in pain went to work anyways. Called them at 10am when they open and the manager answered the phone. I told him my situation and he stated I didn’t buy the proper insurance on the receipt, I explain I purchased everything Ron sold me so I was sure there won’t be a problem. I get over there after work at 6pm with the bed still In the original packaging and they will not except my return or help me find one that will work for my comfort, just insisted because I wasn’t sold the Warranty. Only option to give me is purchase a new one somewhere else! Still won’t sell me the proper insurance he didn’t tell me about in the first place. Very upset that because of Ron’s performance I’m the one that has to suffer for his miscommunication with his customer, if you were not wrong why raise his voice so his face matches his hair (red), it’s all because he doesn't want to admit he’s in the wrong when I have it recorded. I’m sure he will sleep on this for a while and never miss informs a Customer again. I like to support local small shops but this one has turned me away. 30 days comfort Guarantee is a lie they have the fine print and know how to use it against you!!

Friendly, knowledgable staff. And the second time we have purchased beds from this company. Delivery was done qickly and efficiently (important in a condominium). Set up the bed for us and cleared all packing material. I would higly recommend Masterbedroom for any bedroom furniture.
