I recently purchased furniture from Modern Sense Furniture, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The quality of their products is truly unmatched – every piece is crafted with such attention to detail and durability. Their modern designs are sleek, stylish, and perfect for elevating any space.

The showroom was beautifully laid out, making it easy to visualize how the pieces would fit into my home. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through options and ensuring I made the best choices for my needs.

I’ve had an awful customer service experience with this company. They sell regular items exist in many other stores but for some reasons they hide prices and forcing customers to either call or travel to the store to get the price. Once on the phone, the agent does not know the items and prices, disrupts the call to get further information, and approaches customer rudely and in an entitled manner, even hang on the phone without politely finishing the conversation. She seems to be out of high school recently. When asked where this brand is made, she says it’s a US designed brand but doesn’t know where it’s made but when she sees my surprise, she confirms it’s made and manufactured in the US which I doubt it at this point. Furniture is such an important investment which needs high quality customer service as well as convenience to select and negotiate both of which lack in this brand. I highly recommend them to change their approach to customer service otherwise in this competitive market they soon will be out.

I first must start by saying I don't know what store these few one stars reviews were shopping at !? The minute you walk into Modern Sense Furniture you feel so welcomed and its such an incredible shopping experience . Most recently I purchased amazing quality couches from Modern Sense and yes I paid $$$$ for them but they were delivered on time as promised by the owner Mani and Team ! In fact just purchased a beautiful painting and once again white glove service at its best !! I truly believe good things are worth waiting for and find some of the reviews hard to comprehend .
If I could Modern Sense Furniture would get a 10 Star review …..make the effort to visit their store you will Not be disappointed more wowed if anything .

I am extremely disappointed by this company. They do good job selling that everything is available in a few weeks to a month. However it is a nightmare when things will actually come. It is has been almost 7 months and Im still getting my delivery in chunks. I have to call the store a minimum 3-5 times a week to get an update. Their managers are horrendous to deal with.
