I contracted with West Coast to renovate my bathrooms making them better accessible for me as I expect my mobility to change & I wish to age in place. Flor, the Project Manager, was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, & brought samples of materials to choose from. She also gave excellent suggestions on materials for my projects knowing my needs & requirements. The workers, Roberto, Juan, Pedro, & Velki were wonderful to work with & were very accommodating asking me how I wanted things done so that I was completely satisfied. I will definitely use West Coast for future projects & have recommended them to several friends.

We can't give this company and their team higher complements. From start to completion we experienced stellar professionalism and outstanding craftsmanship from all their sub-contractors.. We completely gutted and replaced our 1978 mfg home kitchen. They listened to our wants, came up with a plan and executed it perfectly. Even with a couple of changes mid-project, they kept to their completion date. Flor and her crew were just great and would reccomend them for any projects you have..They also helped us with a bathroom remodel several months ago.

Before we closed escrow, I had pest control come out and they found termites due to neglect from the previous owner. It was minor damage within the last year, but I still wanted to renovate it. Pest control told me it was cosmetic and not a big deal, but I have OCD and if I’m going to buy a house I’m going to take care of it. I contacted West Coast Mobile Home Improvements and Kevin came out and gave me an estimate for $1746, whereas others wanted over $4k for the same job. Just because WCMHI was charging less did not mean they’d do less than quality work. They did great!

I had them remove the old carpet and plywood flooring, go underneath the house to reinforce the steps, and replace all the old flashing (silver colored carpet trim) and lay down charcoal colored carpeting. Cody and Alex did a spectacular job! It amounted to a facelift on our front porch. The front landing is stronger, free of any signs of previous damage, and inviting to guests. It looks like a whole new home on that side! I would not only recommend this vendor, but use them again myself for future projects. When you get price quotes from the other guys that will bite your wallet, call West Coast Mobile Home Improvements and you’ll never call anyone else again.

This company did work on my home a few years ago.
They are a licensed contractor. Emphasis on Licensed.
I had a concern about a roof they installed. I called and called. I left message after
message to return my call. No returned calls were received.
I will mention that on my contract was written yearly inspections. These were never performed.
After much exasperation, I looked up the Contractors State Licensing Board and found advice there advising to send them a letter. They have an example right on the website. I did.
Oh, I got a call then and only then full of excuses as to why my calls were not returned. You know, the wind was blowing east instead of west kind of bs.
I got another appraisal by a licensed roofer. The roof was intact.
I appreciate honesty, integrity and respect when doing business with people. I wouldn’t say I received any of that from this company and will not do business with them again.

Am very satisfied with the work. It's hard to realize that a company this size has only one person who does flooring (at least that's what I was told). Lino was very thorough in his work. The finished product is nice. I'm not sure if this is the same company that was bought out recently, because most of the posts were not favorable. That's not what I experienced. Austin the sales rep was nice and quoted me a fair price and within a week had a contract signed.

This is long over due! Flor and her team were amazing to work with. We had their help in replumbing our entire house and remodel our kitchen. My husband and I were impressed with their workmanship, attention to detail, and professional customer service. They had patience with any and all of my questions and kept us up to date throughout the project. Thank you again for all you've done for us! Will definitely be using you guys in the future!

Not sure why this company has bad reviews on Yelp because we've used them for several projects and have NOT had ANY issues at all! We purchased a 1975 manufactured home that the previous owner did not keep up on maintaining. We hired West coast to level the home, to install new skirting, remodel a laundry room, change out a fluorescent fixture in a bathroom and to install new indoor outdoor carpet on our patio, which is being done tomorrow.
They are very reliable, responsive, and professional. We are very pleased with every thing that they have done for us so far. We highly recommend them and if we ever need anything else done, we will definitely call West coast for help.

We dont usually provide reviews before the job get done but this company deserves it. First, we are going through a really bad situation and we need to find a contractor for a big job in our house. We called 5 contractor and this company was the first one to show up next day on time. Jared showed up, this guy is great, very formal, professional and straightforward, very good impression. He provided us a very detailed estimate same day. AWESOME!!! The communication had been outstanding, email answered in a short period of time, etc. We are tuning up a few details and we are looking forward to work together...
Ok job was done, and everything was delivered better than expected. Our special recognition to Flor the project manager, very professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The flooring installation team, they are the best, Kenny is a terrific guy. The best floor installer I've ever met. The painting crew did a wonderful job, especially Raul, very detail oriented. Plumbing, electricity and exterior/leveling, very professional and did a fantastic job also. We highly recommend this company for any large remodelation project, you wont be disappointed. Go for West Coast, they will deliver a final result beyond your highest expectations. We are so glad to choose this company for our project. Thank you very much Flor and the guys. Thank you.
