A PERFECT SCORE! Our home insurance was about to be cancelled due to some minor roof damage. We reached out to several companies for quotes, with Jordan from RenewDesign Contractors standing out due to his honesty and directness. Other companies suggested we might need to pay extra for permits or even completely replace the roof. In contrast, Jordan plainly informed us that given the scale of our project, Los Angeles city didn't require permits and most of our roof was in excellent condition. It felt like other firms were trying to exploit us! Jordan was very prompt in inspecting our roof and providing a quote. He consistently updated me about each phase of the project, even sending photos so I could see the progress. His reliability, rapid response, professionalism, and friendliness were truly commendable. While choosing materials for the project, he clearly explained the differences between various types of shingles in a way that was easy to understand. I honestly couldn't rate him and his team anything less than a perfect score. Their service, quality, and pricing were top-notch. Need roof work in Los Angeles? Jordan is the one to call!

Brady and his amazing team were simply outstanding from start to finish of our 3-room home renovation project this spring! Brady was able to address our requirements for extra space, innovative design, budget constraints, our pets, and most importantly, my health condition (cancer). They managed to secure a financing plan that suited our budget and accomplished what we desired for the renovation! Their teams were always on time, tidy, and delivered excellent and highly professional work! Whenever we had queries, Brady had a solution! Change requests were managed and fulfilled as feasible. For my health, they were incredibly accommodating, adjusting their schedule to my recovery time, even if it meant a slight delay in our project! The final result is exactly what we wished for and we are overjoyed and more than satisfied 110%! We are excited about engaging them again soon, to continue with the rest of our home renovation! Had a fantastic experience with these folks. Honestly, Jordan and his crew from RenewDesign Contractors have completely shifted my perception of home remodeling companies. I had this notion that they were all cut-throat and shady. But Jordan, he caught me off guard. He's extremely familiar with the building codes and regulations, appears young but has more seasoned expertise than most of the older contractors i've dealt with previously. The communication with Jordan and his team was top-notch. On the whole, the home renovation that Jordan undertook, which included landscaping for the front and back yard, along with the interior overhaul (kitchen and bath) was executed with a ton of creativity and accuracy. It came out looking precisely like the 3D design that Jordan presented to us. The workers tidied up each day before they left, which i really appreciated. The level of craftsmanship and expertise that RenewDesign Contractors brought to the project was worth every dime. Thanks again, guys!
