We had fitted wardrobes installed last week. Fantastic quality. Fitted by Joe who is a highly skilled fitter. Kev initially called to take measurements and showed us our options. All done and completed in a matter of a couple of weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use this company again.

We used Imperial for fitted wardrobes in our master bedroom.
From the measure up to completion of the job, everything was seamless.
We loved the fact that the person who measured up dealt with us throughout including fitting the wardrobes. That was Mark who was fantastic, a real credit to the company. He was polite, helpful, very good at his job and trustworthy. He had a young apprentice with him for the fit, Joe, who was also excellent.
Can’t fault them at all. Excellent, quick, clean and superb finish. The day they finished, a van arrived and took all the waste.
Price was very reasonable too.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Kev and his team at Imperial Kitchens have produced and fitted a stunning bespoke birch ply kitchen. The quality is second to none and the fit was exemplary. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen.

Have just had our new kitchen fitted by Imperial and couldn’t be happier. Customer service has been fantastic, have been advised step by step from initial design through to choosing finishes, handles, etc. Everyone we’ve dealt with can’t do enough to help - will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

They installed my kitchen approx 9 years ago. All seemed well until the veneer on the doors and panels started to peel. Phoned them and was told it was out of guarantee and that I would have to pay to put things right. A kitchen should last for 25 years, not 9. Steer clear of them. Eventually had to get doors and panels replaced by a reputable company.

Beware if I could have put 0 Star ⭐ I would have.They fitted our kitchen 7 years ago. Had lots of problems throughout the years doors falling off, brackets broken etc. latest problem hinges on one of the cupboards broken told warranty had run out had to pay for hinges. I paid for them and given wrong ones was told by them they didn't do that type anymore. Asked to see the boss.was told by him was given the wrong type and he would order the right type and ring me when they come in.still waiting over a month for a call. I have rang them every week still no hinges. Ordered myself off eBay yesterday got them today. Still waiting for my money back off them and phone call. Rubbish after care service beware!!!

We had our wonderful kitchen fitted by Imperial kitchens, what a wonderful job they did .We were so impressed from start to finish, the planning, and especially the fitting ,the young man who fitted it was meticulous in every was(Joe) and very clean and tidy, nothing was to much trouble to him ,once again thanks Imperial ? Bob and Gail.
