Their website is incredibly unintuitive. I was making reservations for a state park. The very first screen, it asks you whether your date is flexible. Despite selecting no, they will change your date in a very sneaky way. You booking what time slot you want on the specific date you want selected at the top. It will say there are spaces for that date, even if there is not. Then you click book now. At this point there is no reason to believe there is any issue with the date you selected, but the date changes automatically on the next screen after picking book now, without giving any notification it changed the date. If you put that your date is not flexible, why would it change it automatically instead of just telling you there is no availability I planned this trip with 6 people, and all but 2 of us had this same issue and it ruined our plans. What's more, they won't refund our passes. When 4 out of six people have the same issue, it is not user error. They need to fix their website.

This is the Sky Bridge located across from Southside Lions park and unfortunately it is littered with TRASH..liquor Bottles..beer cans..and cigar wrappers..although the view is beautiful this trash needs to be picked up..

I don't post many negative reviews and how can the people answering their phones not be able to tell me what type of license and training I need to go hunting in Texas? Did I reached the Parks we don't Wildlife Department? Statements like "I don't think it's hunting season" don't give me a lot of confidence.

Your new website is a failure. You took down the system for over 2 weeks and it still does not work correctly. It shows no current or past reservations for me and nothing changed with group reservations, you still have to make a phone call in 2019 to make a reservation. It is a good thing you are a non profit because you would have gone bankrupt if people had choices like other products or services. Lucky for you, you have almost never ending funds from taxpayers with no real accountability or concerns of a P&L. When I do call, the reservation personnel are always very courteous, it is the LEADERSHIP that is non-existent at TPWD.

Terrible experience. Do not buy online reservation tickets. I tried to reschedule my trip to Enchanted Rock (due to bad weather), but they said you have until 5 days before your trip to change or ask for a refund (I was out of the country 5 days prior). I just want to change my date- that’s all! You can keep the money, just let me change the date I visit! So they’ll just steal your money. Last time I book with them.

Terrible experience just trying to validate my state park pass so I could book some day passes online. The phone system "suggested" I allow them to call me back (for my convenience) more than 24 hours later, then hung up on me. Never could talk with anyone, so had to purchase another park pass in order to get my reservations made just to be sure we wouldn't be turned way while on our vacation 7 hours from home. Very poor customer service today.

Awful customer service for boat registration and titling. I understand there are a lot of fine details in the paperwork involved, but that doesn’t mean you should treat your customers with disrespect if they don’t have everything up to par. Makes me not want to go back.
