I had called to ask about who can come to my apartment complex to pick up a sick duck. The lady was rude, didn't have any sympathy and the minute I said, apartment and duck, she right away said get a pen and gave me a number to Austin. FYI lady, the duck died, no thanks to you. You shouldn't be working in a place like that. You need to have empathy in which you showed NONE.

Ms Angie was beyond amazing.

Had called and spoke to her to make sure we had everything before we made the trek down. She was so kind hearted and helpful.

And it was only better in person, her patience with helping my mom with all of the paperwork was so awesome. I wish I could say the same thing about the courthouse when we tried to sort out the boat TRAILER.

Stopped by here to get my boat registration done and it wasn't bad at all. If you have never been to this location, it's in the shopping center on the left hand side if you are coming from 45 South, Take a right on Delaney the place is on the left. Note* They DO NOT accept credit/debit cards! Cash or Check Only! No wait time and pretty fast if you got the cash! Tight Lines Everybody!

Following my husband’s death. I needed to transfer boat out of his name. Angie at this location was a real Angel in that I explained I am uncomfortable driving Houston area freeways, she mailed me all the documents and instructions to save me that drive. Thank you, sweet lady!
