Two reviews, two dead birds. I guess its easier to just kill the bird instead of helping it. The first review was right, all these places for wildlife and not one that helps any wildlife. Thats why I won’t be giving my injured bird to any of these places!

Called about a hurt bird in my back yard, the lady told me to stick it in a bush since they don't have the facilities. It died instead, so that was fun to explain to the kids. I don't know how there's all these wildlife organizations and non-profits, and not one that's easy to get ahold of, much less has the facilities to care for injured animals.

There was a dodo bird terrorizing my boxer-dachshund mix and the nice young lady came and put it in a bag and disappeared it. So grateful! Petey can enjoy his walks now without being accosted by tropical birds. He's fearful of all birds but colorful ones especially.

I do not know who answers the phones at this place but in all my 65 yrs I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I asked a legit question looking for help and her answer was as if I was lying to her or just stupid. If your tired of your job then retire, if not, then help people out by giving a legit answer. There is always one government employee that just thinks they can speak to people the way they want. Go home and close yourself off to society if you cannot handle it. I called the main office and got my answer from the same question.
