Beautiful trail with a variety of habitats mixed together. No other place like this nearby. It is sad the City is not properly maintaining it & preserving it.
Do note there are usually horse flies/bugs during the warmer months and will harrass you constantly. Come prepared for the bugs.

Mixed feelings.
Good to see they have been working on the trails, I'm just cant help but wonder if that's just to distract us from them selling off and developing part of the habitat. Parts of my favorite trails were bulldozed over.

It's a very nice park it's at the back of a small residential area with manufactured homes. About a third of the park is dry and high sandy and the rest wetlands.
