Danny and two others showed up at my house at the agreed on time, they ripped out the old tile from my shower and found some rot that happened with the previous owner. They happily fixed it after informing me and proceeded with demo of the shower. The finished product looks great and I am quite satisfied with it! It took about a total of 8 hours. After waiting about 36 hours I tested everything and it all is working as expected! Very appreciative of the team and the work they did!

Kurt is just awesome!!! He came to the house and asked great questions was very knowledgeable about the product and how to install it. It looks fantastic. They went above and beyond. I started with the guest bathroom to see how they did. I loved it so much, I scheduled the master bathroom re-do almost immediately.

We had our master shower remodeled about 3 months ago. Andrew and his helper arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently to replace our old shower in 1 day. It stays so clean with just a periodic vinegar/water wipedown. The adjustable shower head is so convenient, and my handicapped hubby can easily and safely enter and exit using the 3 handrails. The seat makes him more independent while showing as well. The only downside is how expensive it was, but it was worth it.

The entire remodeling process was so easy! Greg was a great sales rep and guided me through the process of choosing all of the different elements needed to complete my project. The installation happened quicker than originally expected and went smoothly! I absolutely love my new shower!

Pro: The end result is I now have a nice looking prefab shower.
Con: Process should have been far more seamless for a prefab shower. In theory, the demo thru install is a 3-day process (including city inspections to approve plumbing and drywall). BUT, you pay a premium for such a fast process. The trade off is the final result looks nice (but not great) for a prefab shower install compared to a custom shower that could take weeks but will probably look better for a similar price.

Be very careful. This company will bait and switch you. Yes, they can do demo through to new install in about 3 days.
BUT the product they install looks NOTHING like any pictures on their website/brochures or the CGI pics their product design consultants (salespeople) will show you. I bought walk-in shower conversion after seeing display at Costco and having a design consultant come to my house. Great salespitch… but once you buy there is ZERO customer support. I call their store and main office… no answer. The Install guys were nice, but the materials they showed up with were laughable and in no way resembled the quality or modern design I expected and for which I prepaid ~$15000. Cheap materials, cheap design, and no customer service.
The CGI pic looked great, but what they installed chunky 1980s looking, and too short for even an average height. 5’”8 and you’ll bump your head!

Took 4 months 3 different installations I have 3 different colors of walls and they already had t replace the shower faucet. Terrible customer service. Installed one time with to short of pan. And installers weren’t going t replace green board after they tore the first install out. But they did. 0 Stars

These guys are amazing!!! They did a great job!! I had someone come out to do a bid and the next day they were putting the shower in!! It only took 5 1/2 hours to complete. They were very careful not to damage anything or to get anything dirty. They covered all the carpet area with blankets. They also vacuumed up everything. Plus the installer went over all the cleaning instructions and warranty with us. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

Danny led a crew of 4 to convert our Bath/Shower to a walk in shower. The job was completed in less than 7 hours‼️? The whole crew was very professional and friendly and worked very efficiently. The new shower looks great. Very pleased with everything! This is the second bath/shower conversion we’ve done with 1 Day Bath. From my experience I recommend them highly!!
Our sales rep, Tiffany (who we worked with on our first conversion as well) was very professional and friendly and addressed all our needs. She’s a real asset to the company.
