UPDATE: 12/3/24 It did take several months to repair my window & give me a refund for the drywall repair but it was finally completed. After speaking with a manager, the project manager that was assigned to my home dropped the ball - several times. They were very apologetic & made sure I had the direct number to call them in the future should any problems occur.

They’re great until after you need something post installation. During the final check, there was significant damage to our drywall. The installers caulked it over and it looked awful. We also had a screen that was damaged and a few days after installation, a crack started to appear on the corner of one main window. I’m assuming it was damaged during the installation and wasn’t identifiable until later.

The day of installation, they said they would sort out my concerns with the drywall and screen, Caleb gave me his contact information and pretty much since then I haven’t heard any correspondence. I’ve emailed and called several times with no response. We paid out of pocket to repair the drywall and my screen and window are still damaged and cracked. For the price of these windows, you would expect exceptional customer service but it’s all a gimmick to get you to install. Look elsewhere. The warranty is not reliable.
