Overall I'm extremely happy with the recent project experience with Rhino renovations.

We signed the project with them in Austin TX, to rebuild a portion of our kitchen( the kitchen caninets , the undermount sink ; the granite countertop, tile back-splash , plumbing , new drywalls etc) , plus a flooring tile Project work removing carpet and installing tiles in one of our hallway.

They did a fantastic job with both the projects and completed on time and agreed budget price in quote. Nothing extra.

I really like the way they communicated with me on a daily basis . Their responses were very prompt and professional.

The quality of work was really good , and all the installers were well qualified and experienced.
They were very thorough with the work and they also cleaned everything properly after the project was done.

So I will definitely say that I'm a very happy customer and I'm planning to engage them for other projects in future.

Rhino did a fantastic job with the reconstruction work after mitigation services by All Nation Restoration. Ernesto went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect before declaring the job complete. He also helped rush the job to get as much as possible completed in the week timeframe that I discussed with Landon. Both were super professional and helpful. I feel like they made the process as easy as possible.

Rhino Renovations did a wonderful job restoring my house after it was flooded. They promptly removed the water, tested for wall saturation, and worked diligently with the insurance company to ensure i received all the needed repairs.

They then worked hard to purchase and, in some cases, build the needed replacement parts. They contacted a very good wallpaper installer who provided wall coverings that closely matched what I had previously.

They continually stayed in contact with the insurance company to provide needled paperwork and estimates.

All their work was closely monitored, but they rarely needed any adjustments because their crews were on top of the work.

I hope to never need this kind of assistance again, but I would definitely use them if I did.

Eddie and his team were AMAZING! I’m so happy with not only the quality of work but also Eddie’s demeanor. I’m a stay home mom with two toddlers so communication, patience, and understanding were vital and GIVEN. He even worked around my schedule. We had a leak in the upstairs bathroom that went through the drywall and ceiling downstairs into the hallway and bamboo flooring. The water restoration team had to do a complete tear out of the upstairs bathroom tile and drywall, the downstairs ceiling and drywall on the garage door wall, and the first floor bamboo flooring. Needless to say, Rhino Renovations had a big rebuild ahead of them. After dealing with insurance I was in a state of anxiety and stress but Eddie reassured me he would deal with any insurance details that came up, which he did, and totally made me feel at ease. I couldn’t be happier with Jerson, Eddie, Jeremi, and the renovation team. I would highly recommend! THANK YOU for everything!

This review is way overdue because of unrelated circumstances but Rhino Renovations worked on two homes for me. They first worked on my own home. The back porch ceiling had black mold which I am very allergic to and it was collapsing. They responded quickly and stayed in touch daily until the entire porch was rebuilt including a new extended ceiling with fans and lights, new walls, electric outlets, new waterproof flooring and a frame with screens and two doors. I was promised no more hot sun, no mosquitoes and no rain on my porch! Whatever we wanted, they did quickly and for a fair price. I love my porch and haven’t been bitten yet.

After that I suddenly needed floors replaced and the outside porch painted and I needed it done quickly because it was a rental property. This was taken care of the very next week and looked great. (See before and after pictures.)

So, after all this time I want to thank Jerson and Eddie for doing such a great job!

Where do I start!! First off my washer flooded my brand new home!! The mitigation company referred me to Rhino Renovations, they came right out to look at the damage, started the next day without even a word about wanting money! I had filed a claim with my homeowners, but if you know insurance companies you know that’s a very slow process and mine was slower than most for some reason. Jerson called my adjusters multiple times on my behalf during this process. The whole time no one at Rhino asked me for a dime. When I’d ask about what I could pay they said wait until you get the money from insurance! I’m like no way could this be happening, I had no extra funds to pay other than insurance money so to get a contractor to wait along with me was extremely amazing!!! The work that they have done is incredible and better than what my builder did, they even found a hole in the wall behind the refrigerator that the builder left and they patched it and painted it free of charge! I still don’t know how to thank them or even how to tell you the reader of this review how much this renovation meant to me! CALL RHINO RENOVATIONS FIRST! You will NOT regret it!! know I have contractor for life. I will not use anyone else!

The quality of work and attention to detail by Rhino is top notch. I’m very happy with the end result. I haven’t had to do have a lot of contract work done in the past, but they seem reasonably priced as well. I do feel they could stand to work on their communication, but overall I’m very happy with the work they did.
