I worked with Les who I highly recommend. Les patiently searched to find matching mosaic tiles that we had installed in our bathroom over 10 years ago. Less ensured that the overseas order was entirely accurate prior to ordering and facilitated the timely delivery for completion our repairs. The match was near perfect as you can see from the attached photo. Customer Service and communications were beyond excellent and I highly recommend Porcelanosa and Les.

This review is mostly about my sale associate Les whom I glad to find. She is my only choice for buying material since I got to know her. I found out about Porcelanosa when we were building our house. I went to the San Francisco showroom and I loved their products. However, it was pricey for my budget. I specially was looking to purchase marble for entire house almost 3000 sq feet of marble. I did not like the quality of cheap Chinese marble and I fell in love with the Persian White Polished marble tile that they had. However, I could not afford this high quality beautiful white marble. I am grateful for meeting the sales associate, Les. She was amazing, friendly and helpful. I would say she saved me 30K by letting me when she mentioned the stone is on promotion. She was always responsive to my emails. I ended up buying all of my tiles for the bathrooms and even the wall tile for the fireplace with her help. I bought a very unique Italian stone for my shower room at an incredible price. The picture of our fireplace tile ended up being used as advertising for the modern linear fireplace we built. This wall is like a master piece in our house and already received so many compliments for the tile. She has a great taste and she knows the product very well and the most important thing is she saved me at least 40K by letting me know about promotions and helping me.

Quality product for your interior tiling needs. The staff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that what I envisioned could manifest. We're in the final stages of making decisions on what to do, a point we couldn't have arrived at without the supporting vision of staff designer Les. Do yourself a favor and invest spending some time in the showroom, you won't regret it.

We absolutely love Porcelanosa products! We remodeled a bathroom two years ago and when we decided to remodel our house, our only stop was Porcelanosa! We met Les Ikitseng at the Walnut Creek store and immediately loved her taste, recommendations and professional opinion. She moved to San Francisco so we followed her there (we live in San Jose)! She was so responsive to our emails, kept us aware of the status of our order and always followed up. We ordered many different items and they arrived at different times, she was always on top of our order. We enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her if you go to the SF store. Les is so personable and knowledgeable about the products ... you can't go wrong using her as a design consultant!

I read through the reviews before going into the showroom and proceeded in anyway with low expectations. I am writing to give you hope. I had an amazing experience with the staff Les and Amanda in particular. Amanda has moved on to the LA showroom, so if you are in LA, go to her, she is great and super helpful. Les is now in SF and is just as great and super helpful. Oh, believe me, I too had nightmares with receiving broken tiles only to be replaced with the wrong ones. My contractor put the wrong ones in!! Oy. Les was able to make it right for me (yep, had to rip out the wrong tile and put in the right ones). She is a miracle worker, she was on it and followed up and made it right. Les went above and beyond. So yes, expect 8+ weeks, yes - it might come broken, BUT yes, they will make it right. Beware, if you are in a time crunch, this might not be the place. If you are not and like the product, find Les in the SF showroom, you will find yourself in good hands.

We ordered tiles with an 8 week lead time, and after 12 weeks we were told they broke during shipment, no replacement available. And when investigating the representative promised to look into it and call back which never happened.

So - wild ride with Porcelanosa. The reason they don't get 5 stars is because in spite of talking in person with sales people at both San Jose and San Francisco - my partner and myself had emails and phone calls not returned. Just blatantly not returned, it felt wild. They almost lost my business in general.

However, I feel incredibly fortunate that I was finally connected with Les Ikitseng. She really saved the day. She was incredible, responsive, and 100% the only reason I would work with them. If you like their product, and want a strong, knowledgeable associate - track her down!

Horrible and arrogant "customer" service. Went into SF showroom to see if they had a sample of flooring as San Jose did not have the sample I wanted. My husband and I entered the store and neither woman working at the desks right inside door so much as looked up. We began pulling flooring samples from the display and still not so much as a "if you need any help, let me know...". Finally I asked for assistance and was treated like I was completely inconveniencing them. Unfortunately, while I love the flooring that we had selected, my husband was so turned off by their lack of service that we will be taking our business elsewhere. We are awaiting a quote for a kitchen design from San Jose store, hopeful they will be better....
