I found Gadi Construction by searching online and read so many good reviews that I had to schedule a meeting to go over my very large remodel project for my kitchen/living room area. I meet with Millie, the project manager, and she stood out from the rest. She is very communicative, handelnd any issues that came up during build, and really listened to what we wanted. All for a very fair price. Our remodel project was very large, and getting permits was a bit of a struggle, but once we got the green light, everything went rather quick. If I have any remodeling projects in the future, Gadi will be the first people I call. Highly recommend!

I had GADI Construction remodel my kitchen and freshen up our two bathrooms. In the kitchen we had new quartz countertops installed, new flooring installed, and the existing cabinets painted. We also had GADI paint the walls in the kitchen and the cabinets/vanities in both of our bathrooms. Millie was our construction manager, and she made it all a very positive, pleasant experience. She brought samples to us, linked us up with suppliers for all the materials, and really went above and beyond in her efforts to find new hinges for our existing cabinets that were a very unusual size to replace. She was in constant communication with us and the construction workers without being an invasive presence. All the workers were good at what they did and very pleasant to work with. We (my husband
and I) are very pleased with the results. The project did run over by just a few days, but that was because of the hinges being so hard to find, not due to any problems or schedule glitches on their part. If the hinges had been regular size, the work would have been completed early. Our kitchen looks amazing now! I definitely recommend GADI Construction.

They were not the cheapest quote but we felt confident that going with GADI would mean things would be handled the correct and legal way. I had an amazing experience working with GADI Construction on my full bathroom renovation and floor renovation. When I was researching quotes between different contractors, GADI’s had some of the most competitive quotes out there. What made them stand out from other contractors was the price point, great communication style with the project manager, and the many reliable reviews online.

Bar was our project manager and he was wonderful to work with! Even when giving a quote, he was very diligent in explaining the whole process, checking all the little details in the bathroom and letting us know upfront what to expect with the changes I was proposing, and gave alternatives to how we can do certain parts of the construction. He even went shopping with us several times to pick out all the materials, and never pressured us to do any changes we weren’t fully onboard with. He kept us updated frequently with updates during construction, and was very responsive during the whole process. When there were any issues that arose, he would try to fix them as quickly as possible.

We were originally going to have another contractor redo the floors by replacing the laminate flooring with SPC flooring as well as leveling the floors, but because of the great communication and progress during the bathroom renovation we decided to sign with GADI again for the floors. We’re very glad we did! We’re very happy with the final results and would recommend GADI to anyone who is looking for quality work.

I hired GADI Construction to replace the existing outside wooden stairs on my primary home in the Oakland Hills. The originally signed contract was for GADI Construction to add 2 or 3 new piers/pilings to the existing pier/pillings. Thank goodness for the Oakland Building Inspector. He caught and stopped GADI Construction from attempting to utilize the single existing pier/pilling to build my mew stairs. GADI Construction submitted designs that did not align with the work they were attempting to construct. Since I also needed new siding, I decided to fire GADI Construction and requested a refund of the $6,000 I had previously remitted to the company. I received a $1,500 refund from GADI Construction and hired the construction company that exceeded my expectations.
