Classic Builders were fabulous from inception through demolition all the way to the final punch list! Exceptional knowledge and attention to detail were so appreciated! As with most remodels of an older home, we had to pivot slightly from original plan due to existing structure which most builders would have never caught. Syl and Ben were able to figure out a great option due to their experience and ingenuity. They are also great at communicating with homeowner during entire process. We are from Chicago and our new Lake Wawasee home was just finished last weekend. We LOVE it! Classic Builders did a great job from start to finish... they stayed on the timeline and the budget, kept me in the loop since we do not live here, and were so accommodating in finding out our preferences and tastes.
