We had Mark come out to do the initial overview of the bathroom remodel. He did a great job laying everything out for us and helping us design it. Ron and his crew were fantastic, when problems came up (they always do), Mark and Ron were quick and easy to work with. The bathroom came out great.
We liked them so much they are doing a second bathroom for us!

They lied to us about timeframes, telling us they had picked up our materials several times, then later admitting they didn’t, in fact, have our materials. They also did newbie DIY quality work. In the selling inspection, nearly every issue the buyer wanted fixed was from these “professionals.” It nearly cost us the sale of our home.

I have no clue how this company has 5 stars. Our master bathroom was recently worked on by this company and here's a few observations.
1. They excessively cut 2 floor joists below the tub to make room for the drain and didn't bother to sister them. This is against code, dangerous, and incredibly poor practice.
2. The new shower valve regulator is broken. Water does not come out hot, and pressure is very poor. They also neglected to install all of the hardware and didn't seal the areas at the shower valve where the hardware should have been.
3. There are gaps left everywhere adjacent to the new tub, left unsealed this would have caused water damage to the walls behind the tub.
4. Callbacks were required for the hardware on the cabinets, shower glass, sealants, and more.
5. Even after the calback, shower doesn't work properly.
6. They installed plastic flexible hose for the sink drains instead of solid pipe. This traps gunk and while not against code, is poor practice.
7. The initial installation had leaky pipes that leaked water into the crawlspace and had to be corrected.

Note. We purchased this home from sellers who had hired Bath Pros.

I used these folks 3 years ago to remove a tub and install a walk-in shower, and they did a phenomenal job. When it came time to redo my downstairs bathroom, I didn’t hesitate to contact these guys again. This time I had them remove the old tub and tile, and install a new one and new walls. They did another phenomenal job on this bathroom. They were able to work around my schedule and was done in a timely manner, and you would never have known anyone was here doing work. I highly recommend these guys for any bathroom remodels that someone is looking for.
