Salesman we great, cautious and allowed us to have a few days to make up our minds, no pressure sales tactics like all the others, with their sign now or loose $2,000.00.

After having spent years trying to keep our tub/shower and two additional showers in working condition, we finally decided to bring in the professionals. Chris, our Bath Fitter Salesman came over last minute on a Friday to walk us through everything, and then take full measurements after we finished grilling him about their products. Chris was not only knowledgeable about all aspects of the product and install process, but his ability to provide us with exceptional discounts for our multiple bathroom remodel helped make it an easy decision to go with Bath Fitter.

What was supposed to take 4-6 weeks for the development of our three shower systems, all took less than the 4 week estimate. We scheduled the 3 shower installs over a span of 2 days and Joseph, Brandon and another Joseph all took over. Each bathroom took one-day, and on the day of the 2 shower install, the installers staggered their arrival times. I don't know why this was the case, but it sure seemed by design so they could each shut off water when they needed it done, not affecting the other installer's work... well done!

Bath Fitter's communication was great, and we couldn't have asked for a better service team from beginning to end. We have been using our showers for over 2 weeks now, and we look forward to a lifetime of clean, spa like showers.
