Great customer service with a smile.

Lady "helping" us kept on giving us the wrong prices for the tile. Some of the products I picked, she didn't even bother looking for the price and just invented a random price ( I go to a lot of tile shops so I know the ballpark price of the ones I want and know that what she gave us is incorrect and she tripled the price!) she said theyre willing to price match when I showed her pictures of the same tile at a diff store but when I was ordering it with her, she said the price she was looking at was wrong...so we ended up just wasting our time there!

They were wonderful
Jordan was very helpful and patient
We were looking for an area rug for the living room. Jordan would haul carpets & unroll them for us to see
But we found a beautiful one from Egypt hanging up on display
When I asked where I ould get it cleaned- Jordan said he could do that in the main room using
a waterless method
Now we just have to wait for the rug to come in.

Really bad experience especially from the boss fabio his soo mean and cruel
So I visited the store and as a per owner of lebcan Marble and Granite I felt like friends so I went to the coffee room to make me coffee his salesman want there I told him coffee time for me so he pointer to the machine I went to make me coffee and I seam to press on the cappuccino bottom so the boss came in the room screaming and yelling me to ask for coffee and if the machine it Brook would cost lots of money screaming and he said I should say sorry so I did many times and left
Real bad experience won't ever step in the place anymore as I'm still shaking from what he did I couldn't believe it thought he was joking but obviously he wasn't
Previous purchase invoice from palazzi brothers was 8000 plus tax my guess is that if they don't respect there store how could they respect others
Worst part that I was on a video call with my friend from overseas and they over hird everything so they said wow is this how Canada life is how bad this guy is
What a cruel way to treat there customers and If there was less the zero star I give it to them company thinking only of them coffee machine not there customers feelings
Bad bad bad experience and I hope no one would practice what I have had today

Palazzi is by far the number one stop and shop in the city of Windsor. They have been around for 60 years, which in turn has given them an amazing customer service reputation. Outstanding prices and literally Everything under one roof for tile, hardwood, carpet granite ,marble countertops.
Having served the Windsor community for so many years, it gives you insight into the people in the community. It builds long-standing relationships, that continuously revert back to repeat customers. And that's exactly what happens after 60 years. You don't stay in business that long by being okay, you stay in business that long by being Amazing. Go see Fabio, Paulo, Rosario, or mark, for anything you need for your home flooring and countertop needs.

Always very pleased with the team at Palazzi. The showroom is stocked with the nicest tile, and the workmanship by Mike and Danilo is excellent! Would not hesitate to recommend.
