We had a home built by Lakeland Homes over the past couple of years and our flooring and tile supplier was Rose City Tile. Gino took absolutley wonderful care of our needs and my spouse was able to make some great choices that have made our home feel warm but modern. Great choices and service!!! The tiles throughout our home suited our tastes while the hardwood flooring kept our home feeling warm and comfortable with both a natural appearance, yet quiet to move around on!!!! Really impressed!!!! Thanks to Rose City Tile for the careful guidance with my spouse and the workmanship!!!

We built a new home and went through Rose City Tile for all of our flooring. The selection they had was incredible, and they were very helpful in pairing our selections to the remaining flooring we had choose throughout the house. They take the time to even show you the different colours of grout for the tile. We had a great experience and I recommend coming here. We absolutely love our floors!

We built our home with a custom home builder who directed us to make our flooring selections with Rose City. We got off to a not so great start, but after the initial visit we found Rose City to be very helpful in making our selections, offering great products that fit within our building allowance and making recommendations on where to spend a little more. Very good overall experience and the end result is our floors look amazing.

Two main concerns, though there are others.
1. Got a quote for tile. Went back 1 week later and the price went up nearly 25%. He claimed the cost for that particular tile went up yet we contacted another store that had the exact same tile and it did not.
2. Was told 1 week for the tile to arrive. Called after 2.5 weeks to check the status and the man on the phone was extremely rude. I still don't have an answer if when it will be in and it's been 3 weeks.

We live in Lasalle and try to keep our business here, but we will no longer go to them for any of our renovation needs.

Found a nice tile, made a purchase and installed the product in our new shower renovation.
Ordered 1 box too many for $65.
Called and tried to return it, with reciept well within the 30 days and was told no returns because if shipping costs and re-stocking fees.
Its really not worth trying to support local small bussiness when they have zero support for you with their terrible no-return policies.
Big box stores are just way better for average do it your selfer, but I'm pretty sure the regular contractors that get their tile here would not put up with this or are even subjected to this policy.
And to think I wanted to spend more money on more products for my floor!!!
Such a shame, Home Depot, here I come!
Buyer beware at this place.

Dealt with Gino to make the tiles, hardwood flooring, carpet and backsplash selections for a new home build with Lakeland Homes Ltd.. Tremendous attitude, patience and customer service despite us going there twice and making changes to our selections. Gino even suggested that we come back yet again if we decided to make more changes. He offered great expertise as we went about choosing the products. Wish other suppliers would take a leaf out of his way of business, show patience and be with the customer instead of trying to rush and complete selections in one sitting ! Great job, keep it going. Highly impressed. Wish you all the best.
