This review is for the MANAGER of this location. So we visited this store yesterday and saw a crepe pan ( cast iron). It wasn’t marked as sale ( Was 28 something ) but online it was showing 12.98 around. I asked the lady if the price is different or not updated, she very harshly said that if there is no deal price, then nothing only we give 10% discount due to store closure. Seriously I was asking you to check the price in a very polite manner but you were so harsh. The other lady working there, waited for her and she helped.
What does it cost to be polite a bit. Such an unprofessional manager and no wonder about the negative reviews of this store.

I recently visited your establishment and experienced challenges with the exchange policy. Initially, I was informed that a receipt is mandatory for any transaction. Subsequently, upon presenting the printed policy on a receipt for a different item, I was advised that exchanges are restricted to the identical item, which appears inconsistent with the documented policy. I would appreciate clarification on this matter to ensure a better understanding of your exchange procedures.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I bought a bread basket and when I got home I realized that the cover doesn’t fit the basket and it had stains. I went back to exchange it with the TAG ATTACHED and the STORE MANAGER had the audacity to tell me that I’ve used it and was being so rude instead of helping and exchanging it for me. She started yelling and telling me that I’ve used it when I got really mad and kept telling her that I haven’t used it because it clearly still has the tag and was only asking for an exchange. I’ve never seen a store manager like her, someone that is disrespectful and doesn’t help customers. ZERO STARS

I bought 3 days ago a pizza stone bc I wanted sometimes to make a pizza.Next day I turned On oven and I put the stone in, when temperature was ready I put pizza in. After 10 min pizza was ready, I took it out and I saw the stone it was broken in two parts. I went in store and the lady, who I believe is store manager, told me that pizza stone doesn’t have warranty! It pissed me off not just for money but the way how she treat customer, very rude! I said keep it! She said this belongs to you! I said no, this belongs to you, I’m not a garbage to clean your store! Never go back again!

This store has terrible customer service. I bought a kitchen knife block set. Stainless steel …. Very poor quality stainless steel. It developed rust in two months. That should never happen. Store manger said she couldn’t even exchange them and had to call head office, supposedly numerous times they never answered. Two years later I’m still stuck with a rusty knife set. 🙁

I suggest ThinkTwice Before you buy anything at ThinkKitchen. Really bad customer service expecially older woman who sells there. I bought the most expensive garlic press there which broke after a week.I was told - no returns just deal with warranty by yourself! .
I have checked on line 5 year warranty 🙁 .
I do need another warranty replacement (junk) and have no time for it. I will not be back .

LOVE THIS STORE. They always have deals on handy useful gadgets. I did buy their little single use blender that came with 5 cups, didn’t work as well as a ninja would, but it was great for $40
