Paula Harris at Virginia Tile is the best! She was easy to work with, listened well and made excellent suggestions. Trust her knowledge on color. She is expert. We love our finished Primary Bathroom. It is calm and serene.. just what we wanted for our first morning and final evening experience. Thanks for your help Paula. So glad we met you! And you were fun to work with as well.

The selection at Virginia Tile is plentiful and their product quality is excellent. More than this is the incredible service and talent of their design team. I worked with Paula Harris who put together an incredible master bathroom design within my budget. She listened and assessed my style and offered selections that I was blown away with. Paula Harris, own design consultant, was far beyond FABULOUS! My husband and I met Paula in February 2024; we were looking for title for bathroom floor in the lower level. Paula was so helpful to me in deciding on the perfect title and color for space. The title I liked has a 16 week lead time. Here it is September 2024 and I had ordered the title because I couldn't find an installer. I have installer now, but not title. So, my husband and I returned to Virginia Title on September 5th to select a title comparable to the one I selected in February but in stock. Paula to the rescue! She found us a beautiful title that compliments the bathroom as much as the first title that's in stock and more than 50% less in cost. I am FINALLY going to get my bathroom floor redone. These folks were so great to deal with! We had been working with another tile shop that was the worst, and were lucky enough to find out about Virginia Tile Co before moving forward with the other shop. Virginia Tile's team provide wonderful customer service and were also able to get us tile that the other shop said was backordered until November. And, their price per sqft for the same product was $2 less. We'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future!

My husband and I are in the middle of a kitchen refresh. We are working with our current layout and cabinets and not completely remodeling so it was more of a challenge to choose backsplash and feature wall tiles for our existing space. Throughout the years, we have always purchased our tile from Virginia Tile and have always been happy with the process, selection, and product quality. I worked with Paula Becker Harris, and she was amazing! She listened to what my vision was for the kitchen and did a really wonderful job guiding me through the process. She is very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I like that she thought outside the box and came up with some really creative ideas. I changed my mind a few times during the process and she was so patiënt each time I pivoted. I think we came up with some great ideas for our space, and I cannot wait until it is installed! I am looking forward to working with her again soon for an upcoming bathroom remodel we are doing!
