From my first call to NW Builders & Renovation, I felt like I was on a winning team. I was working toward a deadline to resurface the deck before my husband’s birthday, which was only 3 weeks away. It was a long shot, but Max, the project manager, took it on, immediately calling his manager to find ways to make that deadline. He was supportive, but never pushy in helping me choose a color and layout design — all in one meeting. He made sure the decking was available, brought the builder out to see the project and OK it, and arranged the start date. He answered every call quickly and made us feel like a priority! Jorge and his crew worked fast, efficient and smart, included us in decisions, kept a neat project area, cleaned up everything at the end…and we enjoyed more than a few laughs. As the 'project manager', Elon was able to take us from the selection of products & services we desired to the completion of the work. Noah was great with communicating rates, materials, different colors and timeline. His team was efficient and we are so happy with the results.
